Directions

  1. Wash all vegetables well.
  2. Peel and cut the carrots and beets in chunks. Coarsely chop the celery and cucumber.
  3. Put all vegetables through a juicer.
  4. Drink the juice within a half hour.

I added 1/2 lemon for some extra cleansing :-)

Very cleansing! Don`t have to worry about it be drank within a 1/2 hour. It was gone in minutes. Thanks ;)
