I've made this cake about 5 times. I used only half the sugar mentioned and the cake was just beautiful and moist, almost melting in your mouth...Next time I make a batch I intend to double the quantity, too often, it goes....just like that! YUMMO...

  1. Preheat oven to 350f.
  2. Mix together all ingredients but carrot pineapple and walnuts. Fold in carrot, pineapple and walnuts. Pour into greased and lined tin. Bake for 35-40 minute.
