From Southeast Asia.
- 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh chili peppers
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄4 cup white vinegar
- 3⁄4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced scallions
- Combine all ingredients except scallions in a blender and mix until smooth. Pour in individual dipping bowls and garnish with scallions.
This is a really nice dipping sauce that I used for dipping potstickers. I forgot to garnish with the green onions (that were sitting on the cutting board, lol), until all of the potstickers were gone. Very simple and tasty. Thanks Littlemafia for sharing. Made for 8th Annual Photo Swap.
