Little Ham Crescents

- 1 cup cooked ham, finely chopped
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 teaspoon tarragon, crumbled
- 1⁄8 teaspoon white pepper
- 10 ounces frozen patty shells, thawed
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon water
directions
- In a medium bowl combine ham, sour cream, tarragon, and white pepper; mix well and set aside.
- Place patty shells one on top of the other.
- Press lightly to seal together.
- On lightly floured board, roll out dough to a 1/16th inch thick; cut into 16 4-inch squares.
- Place about l teaspoon of ham mixture in center.
- Roll up like a crescent, turning ends in slightly.
- If desired brush tops with a beaten egg yolk mixed with water.
- Place on jelly roll pan.
- Bake in a preheated 375°F oven until golden, about 15 to 20 minutes. Serve hot.
