  • In a medium bowl combine ham, sour cream, tarragon, and white pepper; mix well and set aside.
  • Place patty shells one on top of the other.
  • Press lightly to seal together.
  • On lightly floured board, roll out dough to a 1/16th inch thick; cut into 16 4-inch squares.
  • Place about l teaspoon of ham mixture in center.
  • Roll up like a crescent, turning ends in slightly.
  • If desired brush tops with a beaten egg yolk mixed with water.
  • Place on jelly roll pan.
  • Bake in a preheated 375°F oven until golden, about 15 to 20 minutes. Serve hot.
