      I fixed this today for lunch for a friend of mine, and we LOVED it! The dressing is superb! loved the inclusion of the peanuts and mandarin oranges. Didn't have mini egg rolls, but regular-sized frozen egg rolls which worked great. Fantastic job, GingerlyJ!!!
