I really liked this recipe. It was quick to make and it froze really well. The sauce is fantastic and it makes great leftovers. My hubby also enjoyed it and he is picky.

Update: 02/2008: I have made this recipe several times over this past year and everyone that eats it says it's the best meatloaf they ever had. And that includes people who aren't overly fond of meatloaf. One thing I am doing a little differntly now is to add some ketchup to the meat mixture for a little extra flavor. First Review: I made this recipe for my daughter and her son last night. It was quick to put together and very moist and tasty. My daughter took the recipe home with her so she could make them again. I will definitely make them often. I did add just a touch of vinegar to the ketchup mixture for a slightly tangier taste. May add green peppers the next time. Very good JerriLea.

These are the best! My husband said after just one bite that I absolutely had to make these again. I didn't have quick-cooking oats, so I just used the old fashioned kind. Also, I will cut back on the amount of brown sugar next time - maybe down to 1/4 c. These make for great leftovers!
