Nothing goes better with grandma's baked Polish meatballs.
- 3 large cucumbers, sliced thin
- 2 medium onions, sliced thin
- 1 cup vinegar
- 2 (1 g) packets Splenda sugar substitute
- 1⁄2 cup water
- salt and pepper
- Slice cucumbers into large bowl.
- Add in onions separated into individual rings.
- Mix vinegar, Splenda and water and pour over vegetables.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Let sit at least 2 hours before serving.
