1. This is a great recipe. I soaked them in an egg, milk, garlic, salt & pepper mixture for about 30 minutes. I used Italian breadcrumbs with the Lipton's Onion Soup mix to coat the pork chops. I added mushrooms and made soup with the remaining mix instead of using butter butter. They were very tender and had a great taste. Thanks for the recipes because I took a little from each!

 3. OMG THIS WAS BEYOND AMAZING!! I made these for dinner and they are fantastic and will be a staple in my kitchen.

 4. Great easy recipe! The family definitely approved! I double dipped the chops in egg and greased pan with butter.

 5. Glad I looked up recipes and found this one. It really kept the pork chops moist and was a good choice. My only issue was that I had to use a flipper when I removed chops from the baking sheet because they seemed to be sticking, even though I sprayed with PAM, Then the bottom side scraped off the pork chops. If anyone has a suggestion to avoid that, I'd love to try again. They tasted great!

Tweaks

 1. This is so delicious it is now one of my favorites. I changed the recipe a little by substituting bread crumbs for the crackers and still had awesome results.

I will definitely be making this again.
