- 118.29 ml olive oil
- 118.29 ml butter
- 29.58 ml flour
- 473.18 ml chicken broth or 473.18 ml vegetable broth
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 2 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 59.14 ml lemon juice, fresh
- 59.14 ml parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 226.79 g linguine, cooked aldente (about 8-10 minutes)

directions
- Combine oil, butter, flour and chicken broth or vegetable broth, and simmer until it thickens.
- Add garlic, chopped artichoke hearts, lemon juice and Parmesan cheese.
- Cook over low heat until flavors blend, about 5 minutes.
- Add capers and parsley.
- Toss linguini with pasta sauce, and sprinkle with sliced black olives.
