Outstanding! This had us licking the bowls clean. I was very liberal with the parsley, I put in about 1/4 cup (versus 1 TBSP) at the end. And the parmesan I used was the ordinary, pre-grated kind and it worked great. This dish will go into our regular rotation immediately, thank you!!
Yum! I loved this and it was so easy to make. I doubled the recipe and had no leftovers for 4 of us. I'll definitely make this one again.
Great recipe. Used about 1/4 cup of shallots instead of onion, and about 4 cloves of garlic. The sauce was amazing. Thank you.
