  • Mix eggs, Ricotta cheese, grated cheese, parsley, oregano, and pepper together. Beat.
  • Add linguine that has been buttered. Mix well.
  • Pour into a greased 9-inch Pyrex round.
  • Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.
  • Cut into wedges and serve hot.
