I love that you don't need eggs and its super easy to make. My son is severely allergic to eggs, peanuts and basically everything and I though this would be a perfect b-day cake. Used Whipped Cream Frosting recipe for the frosting ( you can give it flavor) Its YUMMY! My other 4 kids loved it too Even my 2 picky eaters.
A great cake especially when you don't want a huge cake. Fast and easy to make. I omitted the cocoa and used coffee instead of the water and it got rave reviews!
Fantastic! Used as this as basis for first attempt at gluten free, egg free and dairy free cakes. Made into cupcakes - What a result - my daughter scoffed the lot. Used Glutano GF flour.
