  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2. Spray 2 loaf pans with Pam.
  • 3. Combine all bread ingredients in bowl.
  • 4. In a seperate bowl, combine streusel topping ingredients.
  • 5. Pour batter into pans.
  • 6. Spread streusel topping over batter
  • 7. Bake for 1 hour.

  1. This bread is delicious! Very moist and just the perfect pumpkin flavor. I did not do the streusel because I don't like nuts in my breads, and without the nuts the streusel was kind of liquid. I ended up swirling it into the bread so there was extra ribbon of cinnamon sugar in the middle. So good, my husband loved it!
