Lindsay's World Famous Pudding Pie

This is a simple recipe that I made up! It's great for a dessert at a party or just for a dessert after dinner!

Ingredients:

Serves: 6-8

Yield: 1.0 pie

Filling

• 1 (6 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix or 1 (6 ounce) package vanilla pudding mix
• 3 cups of cold milk

Crust

• 1 ¼ cups graham cracker crumbs (about 15 squares)
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1⁄3; cup of melted butter or 1⁄3; cup margarine

Garnish

• Oreo cookie crumbs

Directions:

1. Prepare the graham cracker crust first. Combine all of the crust ingredients together until they are mixed together well. (Mix by hand).
2. Press into the bottom of a 9"pie plate.
3. Next prepare the filling. Pour milk into large bowl, add the pudding mix, and stir until all lumps are out.
4. Pour filling into your prepared pie crust. If any extra filling is left over put in serving dishes.
5. Chill in refrigerator until filling is firm.
6. Take out of refrigerator and ENJOY!
