I made these as finger rolls for my sister's baby shower. They went over so well, I went home with an empty platter! Thank you. Kim

Lots of green olives set this apart from the typical egg salad sandwich. This is "project" food that can be put in front of a busy person for a mental pick-me-up and, properly presented, would fit nicely into a party spread. Made for Zaar Stars, Feb. 2009.

I made your Linda's Tuna and Olive Sandwich (Sandwiches) or Finger Rolls and enjoyed it so much I looked forward to making this one too! I finally had the chance to boil up some eggs and throw this together, and I am so glad I did! It was awesome!! The olives really give it a boost in flavor and my friend and I enjoyed them for lunch. Great Sandwich Linda! Thanks for posting!

We halved the recipe and have had for lunch a couple of times now. We really enjoy the addition of olive with the egg. It really adds to the flavor. Dice up tiny, even our little one loved it, and he doesn't like olives. Excellent anytime. We have tried several of your sandwiches Linda, and they are all so delicious! Thanks for sharing them all with us. Don

What a great change from the traditional Egg Salad Sandwich. I loved the flavor of the olives and onions together. I didn't use the shrimp this time, but will definately try it soon! It's such a good sandwich and one I will be bringing to work often!

I made these for my Christmas party and they were enjoyed by all. Love the addition of the olives to these egg salad sandwiches. Really adds delicious flavor, and makes them MUCH better than the traditional boring egg salad. I used finger rolls and they were gone in no time! Loved them Linda. Thanks for this great addition to my recipe file! Christina

Linda, as I was going through your recipes I saw your recipes for your tuna, egg salad, and ham salad rolls. I am having a baby shower today, and chose your recipes, because they all sound so different and delicious. I just got done making all the sandwiches, and WOW, are these one step above regular Egg Salad rolls, I can tell you that much! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
