These cookies melt in your mouth. Best roll out and cut cookies I've eaten. Chilling time is in the prep time.

  1. Cream butter and sugar.
  2. Add egg and vanilla & beat well.
  3. Sift flour and baking powder together and mix inches.
  4. Refrigerate 2-3 hours.
  5. Roll out to 1/4 inch. Cut out.
  6. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 8-10 minutes at 400 degrees.
  7. Ice with Easy cream icing.
  8. Dough can be kept in the fridge for several days. Or freeze and thaw out later.
