    These cookies melt in your mouth. Best roll out and cut cookies I've eaten. Chilling time is in the prep time.

    Ingredients:

    Easy cream icing

    Directions:

      Cream butter and sugar.

      Add egg and vanilla & beat well.

      Sift flour and baking powder together and mix inches.

      Refrigerate 2-3 hours.

      Roll out to 1/4 inch. Cut out.

      Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 8-10 minutes at 400 degrees.

      Ice with Easy cream icing.

      Dough can be kept in the fridge for several days. Or freeze and thaw out later.
