    This is one of my favorite ways to have turkey. I bought a turkey half at the grocery store, and this was what I did... It was really tasty, and my son and I both loved it!

    Ingredients:

    Servings:

    Units: US | Metric

    • 1/2 whole turkey
    • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
    • Shake-and-Bake, for chicken, enough to cover turkey
    • cooking spray
    • Tony Chachere's Seasoning, to taste
    • fresh ground pepper, to taste

    Directions:

    1. 1
      Preheat oven to 350.
    2. 2
      Wash off the turkey, and place on a lg. cookie sheet.
    3. 3
      Sprinkle bread crumbs oner top of turkey.
    4. 4
      Sprinkle Shake N Bake over crumbs.
    5. 5
      Spray with cooking oil spray all over the top.
    6. 6
      Sprinkle with Tony Chachere's seasoning and pepper.
    7. 7
      Bake for 2 hours.
    8. 8
      Cut into pieces and slice breast, and serve.

      This was good..It stayed moist and the coating was good. I think we prefer smoking the turkey though so the flavor is all through the turkey and not just on this outside.
