I wanted a sangria and decided to do only one glass. So I eyeballed everything. Maybe the quantities described in the ingredients won't be perfect. You can add more or less to suit your tastes ;)

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 ounces dry red wine (merlot)
  • 1 ounce orange juice (or maybe 2 ounces, begin with 1 and add more if you want)
  • 12 ounce limoncello (or more)

  1. In a glass with ice, add red wine (near half the glass), then add orange juice (should be around 2/3 of the glass). Then top with limoncello.

This is tasty! I was pleasantly surprised that you could taste the limoncello in it. I added a teaspoon of ultrafine sugar so that it would have that sweet sangria flavor.

This was really good and couldn't be easier to make. In the future, I would probably use more limoncello because I really couldn't taste it at the current proportions.

This was wonderful....I really liked it...served it at our annual Euchre BBQ.
