Great as a topping for quesadillas or other mexican inspired dishes. Super easy too.
- 118.29 ml sour cream
- 1 lime, juice of (about 2 tablespoons)
- 1 chipotle pepper, minced without seeds (or with if you like it hot!)
- salt and pepper
- Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and stir thoroughly. Will keep for about one week refridgerated.
very very good, a lot like my lime crema but with the addition of chipotle
