  1. Pour boiling water over jello in large bowl. Stir until dissolved. Add ice cubes. Stir until jello begins to thicken. Remove any unmelted ice. Add yogurt, beat with hand mixer until smooth. Pour into dessert dishes. Refrigerate until firm, about 45 minutes. Top with cool whip if desired.

Very refreshing. My mom used to make a version of this (with regular Jello and whipped cream), but I like the low sugar version (I used no sugar added lowfat yogurt), and the yogurt gives it a bit of a "tang". Would be good with other flavors also (orange or raspberry). Made for Spring 2013 PAC
