This is a sweet and tangy syrup for fruit salads. Great with honeydew, peaches, grapes and strawberries.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, bring the water and Splenda to a boil for 2-3 minutes or until Splenda dissolves.
- Remove from heat and stir in lime zest and juice. Let cool completely.
- Drizzle over cut up fresh fruit and serve. Will keep in the refrigerator for up to a week.
