Excellent congealed salad. I used all the Cool Whip in the salad, too. Just made it extra creamier. A beautiful pale green color. The fruit and nuts were a great combination and gave the salad texture, color and flavor. My kids and husband all gave this a thumbs up. Thank-you.
I brought this to our church's dinner on the grounds. It was a favorite and none left-over (yeah). I always have a fear of taking a dish to something like this and no one eats any of it. Didn't have to worry with your salad. Great fruit flavor and creamy texture. Thanks.
This was great! I made this for Christmas Eve. dinner. I will definately make it again. The only change I made was not adding cool whip to the top.
Excellent! Only change to recipe I made was I added all of the Cool Whip, just because I always forget to add it on top later. One change I would make the next time is to let the Jello/water mixture cool to room temperature before adding to the cream cheese. I let it cool for a couple of minutes and wound up having to chill 2 hours before I could add the Cool Whip. I can't wait to make again, and I've already decided to try a variation using cherry Jello and whole cranberry sauce with the pineapple and serve for the holidays. Thanks for an great recipe!
this is very good ,but the next time I would use about half of the oranges,but otherwise excellent.
This is so wonderful!It melts in your mouth and the pecans add the perfect "crunch"! I halved the recipe and it turned out great! Thanx, I'll DEFINATELY be making this again!!
This is dee-lush-ious! Mine actually turned out to be Lemon/Lime Salad because I bought the incorrect size of lime jello so I had to improvise and add a box of lemon jello. I can't wait to try other flavors of jello such as cherry, strawberry, and apricot! Thanks for the great recipe!
