Love these! Bright, delicate, scrumptious! I had to bake mine about 15-16 mins and never did let them get the brown edges, let them sit on the tray 4 mins. Thanks for sharing the keeper cookie recipe.

These are wonderful elegant little cookies! Dry like a shortbread and the pecan/lime combination is so good. Mine took a little longer than 12 minutes to cook properly. Great recipe - thanks for sharing it!
OH MY. YUM YUM YUM. When I was mixing these up I thought Oh boy these are going to be dry.LOL They aren't . They are tasty little morsels of delight. I used a squeeze of lime juice instead of the vanilla to pump of the lime. Made for Photo Tag KEEPER recipe
These are fabulous cookies. I think I added too much flour, because I didn't have a scale to weigh it, but they came out awesome anyway. I can't taste the coconut, but the lime and pecan flavors are amazing together. I got 32 cookies out of the batch and 12 minutes bake time was perfect. Thanks, Sharon!
