Simple and quick to make- Delish on a salad. This recipe makes about 1 1/2 cups and will keep in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
- 1 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons chives, finely snipped
- 4 limes, juice and zest of
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Whisk all ingredients together and season to taste.
- Use immediately or chill for up to 2 weeks.
