Aunt rosemary's recipe
- 1 (3 ounce) box lime Jell-O gelatin
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 cup pineapple juice, from pineapple and cold water mixed to make 1 cup
- 2 cups marshmallows
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 (16 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1⁄2 cup nuts
- 1⁄2 pint whipping cream or 1⁄2 pint Cool Whip
- 1 cup cottage cheese, drained
- Mix ingredients together.
- let cool.
