"This drink is from the Jati Bar in Bali. From "Around the World in 80 Bars""

 

• Ready In: 5mins
• Ingredients: 5
• Serves: 1

ingredients

• 1 lime wedge
• 1 ounce lime vodka
• 1 ounce orange juice
• champagne, to top up
• lime twist, to garnish

directions

1. Squeeze the lime wedge into a cocktail shaker and add the vodka and orange juice with some ice cubes. Shake very briefly and double strain into a chilled Champagne flute.
2. Top up with Champagne and decorate with lime twists.

Served to friends visiting and WOW, what a hit, loved the similar to a Mimosa but with that extra kick. We'll be doing this one again for sure. Thanks for posting

This is one of the best drink made with champagne or sparklking wine, which I used. It's cheaper and I like it ;) Great taste of lime. This one we will do very often when we have sparkling wine and don't know what to do ;) Thanks Breezermom :) Made for Newest zaar tag

Refreshing yummy! I squeezed 1/2 a lime because that is what I had and added some roses lime juice. I did double the recipe for DH and I. Thanks Made for ZWT 6
