this is great during the Christmas holiday buffets..but I enjoy it any time of the year
- 6 ounces lime gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 pint lime sherbet, softened
- 2 cups cabbage, shredded
- garnish sour cream
- dissolve gelatin mix in boiling water, add sherbert and stir until melted.
- stir in cabbage, pour into an 8x8" baking pan.or a gelatin mold.
- cover and chill about 4 hours -- until set.
- cut into squares.
- garnish with sour cream.
