- 354.88 ml fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- 236.59 ml fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 small red onion, quartered
- 4 garlic cloves, quartered
- 2 chipotle chiles in adobo
- 78.78 ml olive oil
- 29.58 ml white wine vinegar
- 29.58 ml lime juice
- 9.85 ml dried oregano
- 4.92 ml lime zest, grated
- 2.46 ml salt
- 1.23 ml fresh ground pepper
directions
- Place parsley, cilantro, onion, garlic and chipotle peppers in food processor; cover and pulse until minced.
- Add remaining ingredients; cover and process until blended.
- Refrigerate until serving.
