Just a quick burger recipe, with a little citrus twist.
- Mix ground beef, shredded cheese, and juice of 2 limes in a large bowl.
- Form about 4-6 patties, not too thick. Push down on the center to speed up cooking.
- Cook either on the grill or in a pan. For pan, add EVOO and cook until done.
- Top with ketchup, onions, lettuce, or other toppings.
- Freeze leftover burgers and that's it.
