Simple and quick. Will keep for upto five days in a sealed container. Use for salads, stir through rice or dip dim sum in.

I thought this looked like a lot of oil, and I still thought so after tasting it on spinach. So I added another 2 Tablespoons of lime juice and 1 teaspoon of soy sauce. Then it was pretty good. I might try this again with a lot less oil. Reviewed for Healthy Choices ABC.
