I just loved this! The lemon and lime combined to taste better than either alone, in my opinion. And the amount of sugar is just right- giving that edge of tart I like to have. Thanks for posting.

Actually I took a risk tagging this as I don't like lime juice, however I was pleasantly surprised with the results! Very refreshing! Made for Casual Veg 'N Swap tag for December 2011.

I made this for a serving of one and it worked out wonderfully!! I used 1 lemon and 1 large lime, which equaled two tablespoons each. This was the perfect blend of tart and sweetness. Will use this often here on the hot days here in Florida!!! Thanks for sharing Sharon. Made for stars tag.

Really nice balance between sweet and tangy... I liked the combination of the lime and lemons... even though I think I went a bit heavy on the lemons... They were so juicy!!! Thanks for sharing a great recipe that will be enjoyed many times during the summer months!!!

I just mixed up a batch and couldn't wait for it to chill before tasting it. Oh, this is nice! No doubt this batch will be gone by night's end! Thanks so much for this simple yet perfect recipe!

This is so good. This is the best homemade lemonade I have ever had. I will definitely make this again and again. I followed the ingredients per recipe. I used superfine sugar and fresh juice. Made for Zaar Stars.

I didn't have fresh limes or lemons so had to use the bottled stuff. Still, this drink is delicious! I highly recommend it to everyone looking for a quick, easy and satisfying thirst quencher. Next time I'll use fresh lemons & limes. Thank you, Sharon!

This came out beautifully and really hit the spot to wash down my sunday summer dinner of michigan hot dogs, baked beans, and fresh corn.

EXCELLENT!! I made this exactly, dissolving the sugar in 1 cup of lukewarm water first, then adding the juices & remainder of water. DH & I loved it - it's the perfect balance of tartness & sweetness. 1/2 cup of juice was about 3 lemons for me (they were small), and 3 limes. I've already made 2 more pitchers and will make this all summer.

I halved this, don't see how 2 an 1/2 cups of liquid makes 6 servings. This just did not work out. Not sure what I missed or how it worked for others.

So simple and delicious! I added just a toouch more sugar just to suit everyone's taste, and used a bit of boiling water to help dissolve all the sugar in the first steps. I love how citrusy and refreshing this lemonade is, and not too sweet at all. This definitely tastes like summer! Thanks!

Thanks for a refreshing recipe sharon, this was great. I tripled everything and served with lemon and lime slices. I won't be buying lemonade or limeade again. Wonderful recipe!!

Delightfully refreshing! I made as directed, however increasing the sugar to 1 full cup. I will be using this recipe a lot during the summer :) Thanks, Sharon!

What more can be said? Delicious and refreshing. I did heat one cup of the water with the sugar to make a syrup for easier mixing. Thanks, Sharon123!

This is exquisite! The flavor is so clean and fresh tasting. The juice to sugar ratio is just right for my taste. I have been making this all week and it has refreshed us when we come in from the hot, hot outdoors. Thanks, Sharon.
