  1. Set out a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
  2. Add and stir till dissolved, boiling water to gelatin.
  3. Cool; chill till mixture is slightly thicker than unbeaten egg white.
  4. Rinse and pare cucumber, cut into halves lengthwise, discard seeds.
  5. Dice the cucumber (1 cup diced).
  6. Mix with cottage cheese, mayonnaise, olives, onion and seasonings.
  7. Blend in mixture in gelatin.
  8. Turn into pan.
  9. Chill mixture till firm.
  10. Unmold on chilled plate.
  11. Cream Cheese Topping: Mix 4 ingredients; spread over top of unmoulded salad.
