An oldie but goody great for summertime. Made on the lighter side than the original.

  1. Slice cucumbers and onion.
  2. Mix last 5 ingredients together and pour over first 2 ingredients.
  3. Mix and refrigerate for a few hours before serving.

I made this as a side to some barbeque meatballs that I had cooked in my crockpot at work and it was really good. Everyone said it was delish, and unfortunately there was none left over!
