Yummy... less eggs and fat than most crepe recipes. They are great!

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Heat pan to medium.
  2. Blend ingredients in blender.
  3. Spray pan with Pam or lightly butter.
  4. Pour enough batter to swirl and cover pan.
  5. Cook on each side until a light golden brown.
  6. Put choice of filling on and roll (syrup, jam, fresh fruit and whipped cream, nutella, etc.).
