This is really good, I did make one change of cutting out the salt and adding 2 finely minced anchovies (caeser isn't caesar for me without their flavour) and then it was perfect. It was just as good if not better than the eggy versions.

Now we're talkin'! This is excellent and I felt no need to explain how healthy this was to anyone eating tonight. I also used fat free mayo (I know, I don't always like this stuff) and it worked great here. Thanks for sharing this, Sage!

Very good and easy to make. I'm not sure why I don't make my own dressing more often as it was simple to do LOL. I followed the recipe exactly as written.

I used olive oil mayonnaise. Maybe more than 1/4 cup of parmesan. It's delicious. And I bet this morning it's even better. Thanks Sage. Made for the Babes of ZWT4

This is a very nice low-fat dressing. I followed the recipe exactly as written. I think I would prefer to mince the garlic next time (or ensure that crushed cloves don't end up in salad). Made for ZWT 4
