  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Mix the panko, lemon zest, ground ginger, and sesame seeds in a 1-gallon plastic bag and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add the chicken tenders a couple of pieces at a time and close & shake to coat.
  • Arrange coated pieces on a baking sheet and repeat until all of the chicken has been coated.
  • Bake 20-25 minutes. When done, garnish with chives.
  • SAUCE:.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lemon juice, and soy sauce with just a little bit of water. Serve on the side as a dipping sauce.

  1. Made this last night and served it with recipe#359422#359422 and summer squash. What a delicious and easy dish. I cut the recipe in half but left the amounts for the sauce the same to put over some of the couscous. Made for Zaar Alphabet Tag game.
     
  2. Made this for supper the other night & paired it with a combo of brown rice & peas, while doubling the ingredient amounts for the sauce! Also had a side of carrots to go with it all!
