  • Wash fresh broccoli, cut into small bite-sized pieces.
  • Place in deep bowl.
  • Add onion, crasins and almonds; toss.
  • In separate bowl, blend mayo, Splenda & vinegar till smooth.
  • Pour over broccoli mixture, toss well until coated.
  • Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Chill for at least 2 hours for flavors to blend.
