I made this dish for a church dinner. I tripled the recipe and used each batch as a layer in the Pampered Chef Dutch Oven top. It fit perfectly. The only other thing I changed was serving the crumbled bacon on the side so that those who don't eat meat could enjoy it. Everyone loved the dish and I will definitely make it again!

  1. Heat oven to 425 and bake potatoes for 40-60 minutes or till tender, let cool.
  2. Peel potatoes and cut into 1 inch cubes.
  3. Mix potatoes, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and sour cream.
  4. Place half of potato mixture in a greased 13x9 baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle with half of the cheese, bacon and green onions.
  6. Repeat with second half of the potato mixture.
  7. Top with second half of cheese and bacon.
  8. Bake, uncovered at 350 for 25 minutes.
  9. Sprinkle with remaining green onions.
