- 2 whole wheat tortillas
- 2 tablespoons pizza sauce (ragu)
- 1⁄4 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 16 slices turkey pepperoni
- top tortillas with ingredients listed in order above and microwave one at a time for 3o sec.
