For those on a diet, this is great
- 2⁄3 cup low-fat yogurt
- 1⁄4 cup minced pickles or 1⁄4 cup relish
- 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Combine all ingredients.
- Store in refrigerator.
I LOVED this recipe. It is a great light version of tartar sauce without sacrificing the tartar flavor.
I loved this sauce! I used the fat-free European style yogurt from trader's joes and it was really good. I used it for the salmon cakes and I made a tuna salad with the leftovers. I'll be using this tartar sauce from now on. Thanks a lot!
