This was adapted from a Weight Watchers Recipe.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Cook cauliflower and pumpkin.
  2. Prepare salad.
  3. Bring to boil pasta sauce with celery, carrot, spinach, lentils and garlic.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Mash cauliflower and pumpkin.
  6. Spoon lentil mixture into bowls and top with cauliflower/pumpkin.
  7. Serve with salad.
