READY IN: 25mins
Recipe by Just Happy

I have experimented many times and have been improving - this recipe gives instructions from my experiences for the best results that I've had so far. Oatmeal pancakes form scratch for two servings, or a hearty single serving. Uses egg whites and nonfat milk and no added sugar.

I wish I'd like them more. They were hard to spread in the pan. I had to add more batter in the pan and then push it with a spoon. I got 3 pancakes. Thanks Just Happy :) Made for PAC Fall 2011

  4. Stir in chocolate chips.
  5. Spray skillet and set over high heat.
