This was very nice and super easy. I used a 10 oz can of Rotel for the diced tomatoes and because of the extra tomatoes, I used a little more macaroni (about 2/3 c total). This was pleasantly spicy from the Rotel & chili powder combo though it did need some salt for my taste. I used extra cheese (trying to use it up) and served with some sour cream to cut the spice a little. Thanks for the recipe!

This recipe is great and easy. (Easy to pull together on a weekday night.) I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, only because I added salt, pepper and cumin. But it turned out really well, and I will definitely be making it again. Thanks for posting! :)

This dish is one of the easiest and most delicious I have found! My family is constantly asking me to make it and they devour it every time. Thank you so much for sharing this, it will be a regular in our meal rotation from now on.

Loved this, doubled the recipe (but kept the spices the same) and added 1 tsp cumin (personal preference). Thanks for posting!

This was a pretty tasty supper. I made to use up a can of tomatoes with chili spices I accidentally opened when I needed regular. So I used those tomatoes and left out the chili powder. Left out the green pepper since DH doesn't care for them. Otherwise, made as is. Oh, I did add a bit of salt. Was a quick meal and easy to make. Thanks for posting!

This is great and I will make it again, thanks! I used pinto beans and real garlic. My son topped it with sourcream. I was told to double the recipe next time. :)

i made this tonight, minus the onions (allergies) and the beans (didn't have any, unfortunately), and it was absolutely delicious. Just as good, if not better, then Hamburger Helper, and a lot cheaper to make too! Thanks for a great recipe.

My boyfriend and I loved this. I'm actually making it for the second time this week (by his request). I didn't have the green pepper so I didn't add them. I also used pink beans instead of kidney beans and it still cam out great. Thanks for the recipee.
