Here's a slightly lighter blue cheese.
- 1⁄3 cup nonfat cottage cheese
- 1⁄4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1⁄4 cup fat-free buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon green onion, minced
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
- In a small bowl, mash cottage cheese and blue cheese with a fork.
- Whisk remaining ingredients until well blended.
