- 236.59 ml whole wheat flour
- 473.18 ml bread flour (or all purpose flour)
- 14.78 ml baking powder
- 2.46 ml salt
- 29.58 ml sugar
- 29.58 ml Splenda sugar substitute
- 340.19 g light beer
- 44.37 ml melted coconut oil
directions
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Mix dry ingredients and beer.
- Pour into a greased loaf pan.
- Pour melted butter over mixture.
- Bake 1 hour, remove from pan and cool at least 15 minutes before slicing.
