I adapted this from Kraft's "What's Cooking". To cut calories further it works pretty well without the walnuts, but it is so good with them.

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. combine the first 4 ingredients in a bowl and whisk together.
  3. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a separate bowl.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until all is moist and pour into a 9x5 loaf pan sprayed with non stick cooking spray.
  5. Bake 1 hour or until tooth pick comes out clean. Cool in pan about 10 minute place on wire rack to finish cooling.
