Very good, but I found it a little too sweet and lacking herbs. I added 2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp each of dried basil, oregano and parsley. My balsamic of choice was likely the culprit for the sweetness, but these changes made it perfect, IMO.

Delish and so... very low fat. I used a few drops of stevia for sweetener. The dijon and garlic really make this dressing stand up and shout, yummmy

Really lovely dressing, I added a little extra pepper as I like the peppery taste in my dressings :)

This dressing is so light in calories, I couldn't believe it could be so good, but it is!!! My parents were visiting and they asked for the recipe even before they knew it was so healthy. I need to find a way to make it a little thicker but other than that it is perfect! Thanks for help in my goal of providing tasty yet healthy foods!

I really enjoyed this dressing especially because it only has 1 tablespoon of oil so you don't need to much dressing on a salad. Delicious!

I've had this in my file for a while and I finally made it tonight. It was terrific. I used Agave instead of sugar, cutting the amount of half that of the sugar. I also would like the dressing to be a little thicker, so I'm going to Wild by Nature and getting some guar gum. This is what is usually put in light dressings as a thickner. Thank you for sharing this.

Fantastic! Didn't have any Dijon (how the heck did that happen?), so used some dill mustard I had on hand, and used white balsamic. Used this on Watermeon and Feta Salad, and was it fabulous! So easy to make, it will be made again and again. Thnx for sharing, CookinMommy.
