Recipe by Red Chef Mama
Came up with a lighter version of my regular bacon and noodles, due to requests and because I wanted a lighter one for weight watchers. This serves 4 people and is 3 weight watchers points per serving.

This was so yummy. I have to admit that I used regular bacon and light sourcream. I also used a colby/monterey jack blend since that was all I had on hand. We will definitely make this again! Thanks so much for posting this.
