Susan's Dad's Waffles. This is equally good using low fat Bisquick, egg substitute, and diet club soda.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 12 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 12 cups club soda

Directions

  1. Stir ingredients until blended.
  2. Pour into center of waffle iron and cook until steaming stops. (Takes about 3 minutes for my waffle maker.).
  3. Makes 12 4-inch waffles.
