ingredients

• 1 egg
• 1 egg white
• 1⁄2 cup spinach
• 1⁄8 cup onion
• 1⁄8 cup bell pepper
• 1⁄8 cup mushroom
• 1⁄8 cup tomatoes

directions

1. Sautee veggies on meduium heat with non stick cooking spray. Scramble eggs and pour over top, turn eggs until done.
